ODK Induction

Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) is Pace University’s premiere leadership honor society. After a rigorous application process candidates were selected and notified this past week, and upcoming Friday, October 21, an induction ceremony will be held.

The Omicron Delta Kappa honor society circle at Pace was established in 2015. The current Circle President is Ryan Calmon, the Circle Coordinator is John Reinhardt and Derek Wills is the Faculty Advisor.

The membership application was located on OrgSync. The questions students were asked varied with the most common questions asking what kind of involvement have you had around campus, your current grades and interests. Notification letters of acceptance were handed out in the Student Development and Campus Activities (SDCA) division. Notification was sent via text message information students they had received an important letter that needed to be picked up as soon as possible.

ODK at Pace provides students with the chance to network, meet other campus leaders, be involved with leadership development, take training exercises, serve your campus community, explore your career options and intermingle with an international network of alumni.

Omicron Delta Kappa is just one of Pace’s countless honor societies. Omicron Delta Epsilon recognizes students who excel in economics, Pi Gamma Mu is for Political Science majors, in addition there are honor societies within each college for every disciple.
